We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at this local gem near Grover Hot Springs, where we could relax and savor the flavors of the region. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious, locally-sourced dishes made for a memorable dining experience that we can't wait to repeat.

Without a doubt this is the finest food in the world ranking up there with the likes of The Laundry in Napa in terms of layers of flavor.
Reservations are important since walking will have to wait a bit.
The wine selection was substantial with varietals from around the world but an emphasis on California.
From salad and soup to main course, we could not find flaws. The meats were savory and gently seasoned with a nice balance. The wine-by-the-glass was very nice requiring soft sips; beer is available too.
California casual but nice.
