The cleanliness of the kitchen was evident as soon as I entered, setting a positive tone for the experience. Despite the bustling lunch hour, the friendly staff ensured that our food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail, from the freshness of the food to the proper mask-wearing by all team members.

The romanburger is so wonderful. I had my first one on the west side of Cleveland. I think you should open one in the Lancaster Ohio area. The area is growing strong and the only restaurants have been there forever, nothing ever new.

I would give a negative if I could. Myfriend and I stopped at the store in Middlefield,Ohio because we are out that way a lot. OH MY!!! Took them 10 minutes to take our order. Got it wrong!! Told the man it was for here and he put to go. Then we got the number 5 sandwich which is suppose to be 50 % more meat. Well, does three thin slices of steak 50 % more meat?? Wanted 6 fried pickle spears. Got four. Like dude did you listen to anything I ordered?? Then it took them 25 minutes to get our food together. Like we wanted to walk out but since I already paid for it we were stuck. The tables were sticky and the lobby was not real clean. Would never even try to go into the bathrooms since the dining area was nasty. So, $23.29 later..........never again!!!!

Your food is the best I ever had! We have moved here to Florida, outside of the Villages, there isn't a Mr. Hero here and we miss it. It would be very profitable for your company to open a store down here! I hope that in the near future you get a franchise down here! Thank you!

Your franchise in Kent on south water street is 90 inside and employees say owner won't fix A/C . As they cook sweat is on their arms , I will notify health department of this gross condition, been going on for few years , date is 6/17 at 4:30

Just letting you guys know, me and my husband went to Mr hero's on Central in Toledo Ohio Sunday afternoon,the young lady Ms Chrissy is very awesome she have great customer service, really she has 5star rating customer skills,the service and food was great!! Yes we will return.tky
