My husband, granddaughter, brother and his wife went to the Ramp for his birthday on August 18, 2020. I was disappointed in the food. The chicken wing platter was supposed to come with french fries and it came with something the waitress called "sidewinders." If the menu says fries, they should be fries. We had ordered fried pickles and those along with the sidewinders tasted like they had been fried with fish. Those sidewinders tasted like they had been refried as well. The service was OK but I felt the waitress was overwhelmed with how many tables she had. I was especially upset when I saw another table get fish and chips and they were actually french fries. the wings were good but my brother got a meat pizza and it was not homemade--at least it didn't look it. I later called the restaurant to speak with a manager. I spoke with a woman and she never identified herself. I told her my concerns and she said she would address it with the kitchen staff. However, I spent a lot of money and she never even offered to make any of it right. Won't be back ever!
