Visited Waterloo for Sunday breakfast and was pleased to see familiar prices and menu items from my last visit a year ago. Despite offering fewer choices, the food was satisfying and arrived hot, with my standout being the flavorful 3 egg Mediterranean omelet. The side of home fries, while lacking seasoning, was a nice addition, and the accommodating staff even whipped up a custom omelet for one of our party members. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning to Waterloo in the future.

Last Sunday I ordered a fried chicken dinner and found the chicken pink, glossy and obviously undercooked. Also, the cook deviated from the recipe and added a spice which looked and tasted like cilantro and had no place being on this chicken.. I've had their chicken for many years and never encountered this until now. You know what happens when you undercook chicken. I'll stop my comment here.

We utilized Waterloo catering for a high-end fundraising dinner that had to be adjusted to home eating due to the pandemic. The food and service were excellent.
