I recently tried this updated bar restaurant in the Liberty Commons area and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the staff was professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend giving this place a try for a satisfying meal and excellent service.

I've been going to the Basement for over 5 to 6 years. Tonight I was treated like a nobody, I wanted to go out a side door to get a jacket for my wife and was refused entry back thru the same door. This was after a waitress said she would let me back in. When I asked for a manager I was treated like it was my fault. I was told to leave and never come back. You do not treat customers like problems when you created the problem. I have witnessed how they treat customers, but never thought it would happen to me. There big bully attitude and I'm right and your wrong is not how you treat customers. I am 59 years old and a veteran of the Air Force, you do not treat people with disrespect when your own people created the problem. I will make sure to never tell anyone to go to your establishment. And I have got a lot of people who go there. In the business I am in, you will not be recommended to anyone. Believe me, I have a lot of pull. And by the way, your restrooms are disgusting!
