We have been serving the caramel cakes, for special occasions, for about 5 years. My husband picked up one for our families Christmas. I knew that something was different with the first cut. It was dense and terribly dry. Not sure how it will be for our second get together this weekend.

I LOVE Cakes by Sue chess pies and egg custard they taste like homemade. I purchase them at my local Superlo grocery store in Memphis but they sell out so fast.

CAKES BY SUE:: Outside of Pensacola in every direction has way more population than that well known town now. To see the insane amounts of grocery stores in the entire panhandle of Florida yet they all don't have CAKES BY SUE in them is sickening 🤮 & disgusting. How can ANY grocery store in the S E U S not 😱😳 have this in it as these ARE BEST CAKES ON PLANET. Majority doesn't have them; this is beyond disgusting. MILLIONS of die hard fans can't become die hard fans without initial exposure to these cake's is what's so catastrophic 💔😢.

Cakes by Sue are wonderful cakes! We are able to purchase them through our local supermarket. We've tried caramel and key lime, and plan to try the others.

I bought my first coconut cake yesterday and I love it. Just to be a little more moist I put a slight amount of coconut rum on the slice as it's cut. I love it so I'll be a regular customer. I'm going to buy several cakes. I'm interested in a fruit cake when you start them. Thank you. Suzanne in Destin, FL

For the price of the cake I was expecting a better tasting and a moist cake. But the cake was very tight and dry. The frosting was good.
Probably will not get another one
