The food at Ninja is consistently delicious, and I've always enjoyed generous portions during my visits. The service is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience, even on busy days. With its clean atmosphere and skilled chefs, this restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone craving quality Japanese cuisine.

It's so sad that a potential 5 star review turns into 1 star due to management.
Had lunch here for the first time on 6/6/23. My wife, myself and a friend. Food was decent. Server was good. Then the check came, and it all went to Hell.
The server took my credit card, ran it and came back with my receipt. At that time, I asked him if they offered a Military discount (I was basically asking for next time, I had forgot to ask before he took the check) He said they did and said, "let me see what I can do". Super! About a minute or so went by and the manager came to the table (Katherine) She said she could give me the discount, but she would have to void the previous amount and re swipe the card for the new amount. She said the voided amount should be back on my card in 3 or 4 days. Awesome, no big deal. She took my card again, swiped it and charged me the discounted price. The server came back and said we were good. He did not give me a copy of the voided transaction which I have NEVER had happen before. I always get a copy of the voided transaction. As we were leaving, I saw the manager again (Katherine) and asked about a copy of the voided transaction. She said something to the effect that they don't have a copy of that. I thought that was kind of strange but no worries. She showed me HER copy and it clearly said "Voided" on it. I took a picture of it with my phone, and we were off.
This was on 6/6. I waited until 6/19 (13 DAYS LATER) and still NO REFUND. My card shows 2 deductions from my account. I went back in the restaurant on 6/19 and actually saw the same manager (Katherine) She seemed to remember me. I showed her my bank statement showing 2 deductions but no cancellations. What she said was priceless...she says, and this is pretty much a direct quote "The owner is away in China right now for a month". So, freaking what!! The owner can't leave qualified management in her absence to take care of matters like this. The manager (Katherine) said, let me get your number, I will call her later today. I will call you back this evening or tomorrow. I told her that if I didn't answer, just leave a message. That was on 6/19. It's now 6/25 and I have yet to hear back from her.
I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. Sadly, they have a process to go through so my refund will be longer than I should have to wait. Maybe Ninja feels that $70 is nothing to a veteran? Maybe the Wal-Mart shorts and ripped tennis shoes I wore gave the impression that I was loaded and didn't need that money for food for my family? Either way, they could have had a great customer, but they obviously don't care. Osaka Japanese is right down the road. Check them out, they don't charge your card twice!!! You should be ashamed of yourself Ninja, just ashamed taking advantage of a veteran like this. MY FAMILY NEEDS THIS MONEY!!!!!
