The dining room at Holy Smoke BBQ is small but bright, surrounded by windows that give it a clean and quaint feel. The BBQ sandwiches, Bart fries with ranch, and stuffed taters are must-try items, making it one of our favorite BBQ spots in the area.

This afternoon I ordered a pork family pack with potato salad (instead of slaw) and baked beans. We also got onion rings and extra white sauce (plus the included BBQ sauce), buns, banana pudding, and tea. Oh, my! The entire meal was wonderful, but I especially love the baked beans and onion rings. The beans are sweet and the onion rings are lightly battered and fried perfectly. Their white sauce is very good, as well. We had been to their location further out Highway 31 a few times, but their new spot in the old Pig Stand building is much more convenient for us. Will be ordering again soon!
