This used to be a very good Jacks. The last 3 times I ordered Chicken it was dry and like chewing rubber. It was like it had been under the heat lamps for a few hours. I guess they don't throw it out after so many hours. I don't eat there anymore. Use to eat there all the time.

Bad service fries taste old workers rushing you to order worker have bad attitude when taking orders

We are takeout big breakfast. The hash rounds tasted as though been tried in bad oil. Bacon was swimming in grease, there was no silver wear to eat with.

I was told my chicken was fresh. It was NOT! My biscuit was hard as a rock!
Money wasted! Very disappointed!
