There's a hidden treasure where the air is thick with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and laughter dances in the sunlight. The ambiance wraps around you like a warm embrace, inviting you to linger just a little longer.

When we walked into Thelma's we were immediately greeted by Ms Crystal who I'm pretty sure is the friendliest person in the South. She walked us through the food options, and then the super friendly staff gave us recommendations and served us very healthy portions. I had the two meat option and got the famous ribs and fried chicken - both were absolutely delicious. The fried chicken was just like my mama used to make and brought a tear to me eye. Had fried okra and Mac and cheese for my sides. The Mac is the best I have ever had anywhere. So much so we ordered a to-go plate of it to bring back and have for dinner. This is the best Southern food I've had, and I've lived in a Georgia for 28 years. If you are anywhere near Eufala you MUST eat at Thelma's!

Absolutely amazing. If ever in eufuala al do yourself a favor stop by Thelma's good southern cooking. Two meats two vegetables a drink and bread for less than 15 dollars. The portions are so large if you don't have leftover is because the food is so good.
