Horrible! I did a pickup order,. two items missing. I had to argue for just a partial refund. They wanted me to drive
back over to return the food and get a replacement. Worse customer service ever!!

3/10/21: 5:00 pm shrimp and oyster take-out. Both shrimp and oysters were over cooked badly (possibly left over from lunch). Fries were limp and soggy. Not a good experience.

Was available at first opening at Gulf Shores, AL. Attracted at the store color and my love for gulf
seafood .

have eaten in all stores available to me. Try GULF seafood, I promise you will love.

Plan party of 20 for 5 yr old birthday party, confirm around 5:10 .Show up with 18 folks and we're to we could sit around the restaurant,but not together. Reason : lack of communication with staff. Move party next door. They welcomed us and was seated.
