If ya'll want to get rich put a Granny's in Tuscaloosa Al in Alberta area. There's a churches chicken n you have to wait in line every time I go. There's a Jacks ( new one) but same ole burger joint basically that r all over town. Opportunity awaits you n I'm serious you will be iver flowing with business. University is one mile, dch hospital is 1/2 mile, residential homes in all directions. Plenty of space in Alberta area and it's university Blvd which is straight shot to U of A.
