During my recent visit, I was thrilled by the wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and delicious baked goods available. The breakfast at the cafí© was exceptional; I enjoyed a Greek omelet with perfectly cooked cheese grits and a side of bacon that hit the spot. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable as I strolled through the charming market.

I don't get to the lake often but I used to like to go to Catherine's market. Toda, not so much. First I purchased seafood gumbo that doesn't taste like seafood. I can smell it, but it has a ton of sausage and some chicken. It is like I make at home but if it isn't seafood gumbo, change the label. Next I picked some walnut raisin bread. The one in the case looked good. The one I got is so hard that I can't eat the crust. Then onto a small container of pimento cheese. If something has nuts in it, it should be labeled. It can literally kill someone,
