On our way to Pell City, my dad and I stopped at Jack's, and I could tell they have a solid following. I only had fries, which were perfectly hot, while he and his friend enjoyed the chicken sandwiches, so much so that we ended up going to another location for dinner. Even though I couldn't scan my rewards since I didn't get a receipt, I still appreciate the consistency of their sweet tea and the overall quality of their food compared to other fast food joints.

When placing our order today, it took a little while because my mother has an eye disease. It seemed to bother the lady who was taking our order and she was rude. She messed up our drink order and forgot to put salad dressing for our two salads. I didn't realize that until we left. I went back through the drive and told her we needed dressing. Then, I started to eat my burger which was disgusting. The meat was way overcooked and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. Instead of complaining about it, I asked her if I could just order a chicken finger snack. She had also gave us the wrong dressing. She rudely said I'd have to go back through the line, even though I have been waiting in the line to get our salad dressing. I said, well can I just get some chicken? don't y'all have chicken done? She slammed the window shut and went and got her manager. The manager came and asked me what I wanted and I said I want to order a chicken snack. She said I could either pull up or go around and order again, even though we had been through the drive-thru twice because of their mistake. So, we went through the drive-thru again. They sent another lady to give us our meal at the window. I asked for another container of ranch dressing because they had only gave my mother two and it wasn't enough. She said yes, but you'll have to pay for it. Which is fine and I did. But I've never had to pay for it at any other Jack's. They always give us plenty of dressing.
