The restaurant had a welcoming ambience blending Western and Japanese elements, and the service was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed engaging with the chefs at the sushi bar, and the food, particularly the sushi, was flavorful and satisfying.

3 of us met there for a meal , and we were not impressed with either the employees,
service, or the food. they closed the grill early and had apparently drcided to close early, not on the website, and we had really been looking forward to that food. the biggest disappointment was that the food was NOT hot, which is a big normal part of eating that cuisine! our son said his was even undercooked, and we felt so uncomfortable being put in a back room when only a few customers were there, that we each ate only a small amount and left the rest there. we do not plan to return

went to eat charged 10 to share a plate on satuday husband birthday was with family was not told share charge and we could got a plate cheaper girl not let us know she was doing this was not wort extra cost not charged extra in past

Awful experience, food was stale tasting and cold.. Manager/owner refused to see us at first and then after I confronted her she acted like a small child, throwing a temper tantrum. I simply wanted a fresh serving of rice and it was more than her tiny mind could handle. I feel sorry for the individuals that are forced to work with her. I won't be returning and unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance you should look elsewhere as well

We go to Yume on a regular basis. Their food is delicious! I've yet to have a bad thing here. Sometimes there is a long wait but that's because this place is so good! They also have great sushi!

We have been to Yume several times, even celebrated my daughters 21 birthday at Yume.The service is always friendly and fast.Such a wonderful place to enjoy dinner! It is always delicious!

Terrible, horrible service horrible food. I will say that its a pretty place but everything else is horrible. I waited 20 mins to be seated and the restaurant was empty. It took forever to get a server 3 people walked by and asked if I had a server and all three walked away when I said no. The fish tasted freezer burned and I eat sashimi and that's a bad taste for sashimi. The tempura with my meal was a joke and tasted like the oil in fryer needed to be changed. The beef was tough and I specified medium rare and I received a well done steak. Save yourself some time and don't bother eating at this restaurant.
