Chef Gerald Ardoin, along with assistant Jeremy catered a birthday dinner celebration for 36 of us.
It was fantastic!
Jambalaya, gumbo (wonderful dark brown roux), roast beef, red beans & rice, broccoli slaw.
Price was very reasonable and the food was great.
Bonus: After we'd served ourselves at the buffet, Chef Gerald and Jeremy joined us at our table (at our request) for dinner. How often do you get to dine with the chef and pick his brain?
He gave us some tips on his recipes, especially about the roux, but you'll have to ask him.
