The service was exceptional, and the complimentary pie was a thoughtful gesture that added to the overall dining experience. While there may have been a slight delay in the kitchen at times, the quality of the food made up for it. The variety of options available catered to all preferences and the friendly staff made the visit enjoyable.

This was my first time coming here. Walk through the door everything smelled good. Ordered one of the loaded potatoes, and to my surprise they were out of better. A large baked potato without butter?
They said they had ran out of butter, and I couldn't figure out why they would not go to the Kroger store behind them and get some.

Love to order an pu there or drive thru. But today was very disappointing. Our granddaughter had a tournament at the softball fields an as usual we wanted to eat at Full Moon. We always order an bring home. We live in Phenix City. Well it was very disappointing to be excited an hungry to get home with food an it was not correct. I had no idea I should have cked the order. We had our teas and fries. I took out sandwiches to place all on a plate. The sandwiches had no sauce at all. Completely dry. One was to have the sweet sauce no slaw or pickles. The other was mild sauce with slaw an pickles. It was really upsetting having to put ketchup on them. Not a bbq sandwich at all. It cost 25.00 for this. We were really upset about this. Who puts a plain sandwich in a wrapper. Will think again before eating there next time. An if we do we will go inside to order or ck in drive-thru before leaving. Food was good but would have been great with ssuce. That's what bbq is.

Please check your receipt when call-in an order. I was charged $75.00 for an order of: 1 slab baby back ribs, 20 smoked wings, quart of baked beans and quart of potato salad.
