During my recent visit in Alabama, I had a great experience at this establishment. The staff provided exceptional customer service and served delicious, piping hot food. When a mishap occurred during the dinner rush, the manager, Rocky, went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that my second meal was nothing short of fantastic. I left feeling satisfied and impressed by Rocky's dedication to customer satisfaction.
