Effinas Tuscan Grill is a fantastic dining option with exceptional food and service. Reservations are a must, especially on weekends when the restaurant is bustling. If stairs are a challenge, be sure to request seating on the ground floor. The portions are generous, and the Shrimp Gambino is a personal favorite. The ambiance is pleasant, though it can get a bit lively. It's a great choice for a relaxed meal or a special occasion dinner.
