this use to be a five star place but management/ownership changed and so did cecil's. The prices are continually on the rise. I know the economy is bad but its not that bad. Anyway old favorites are gone off the menu. It may look the same but it feels totally different. Not the cecil's I had my first date at 17 yrs ago!
