You should definitely dine at this restaurant! The drive from Cullman was well worth it to try their amazing pork chops. We decided to go for the steaks and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the fillet and bone-in ribeye were. The sides like the salad, sweet potato, and Mexican potatoes were equally fantastic. We will definitely be returning for another great meal soon!

I have traveled all over the US and many foreign countries and this is some of the BEST Mexican food that I have had. They have a great menu and the service is always outstanding. The owners and servers really care if you are satisfied and happy with your meal. This is a very friendly family oriented, alcohol free place for the whole family to eat. If Mexican food is not you choice they also have the best steaks, pork chops, pork medallions or beef tenderloin found anywhere. I could eat here at least 4 or 5 times a week and not get bored with the food or atmosphere.

Most people dine here for the Mexican dishes but not me and my family. Sierras cooks the best Pork Chops around. You get two huge chops with your meal. So tasty........ Although I prefer another restaurant for standard Mexican food, I wholeheartedly recommend Sierra's Pork Chop plate. It is so good.

Let me start by saying I have had Mexican food all over the states. Sorry to say but hands down this is the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted. Upon my arrival I was seated quickly which was nice. Unfortunately my drink order was wrong. Not a big deal but little annoying. I ordered the #1 lunch special this included a chile relleno and a taco instead of getting the salad with my order I requested rice and beans. Big mistake on my part. The chile relleno was half of a soggy chile with ground beef thrown on top sprinkled with cheddar cheese. The definition of a chile relleno is a chile stuffed with cheese. I m not sure what they were thinking putting this nonsense on the menu. I asked for the taco to come with a flour tortilla. The tortilla was not even warmed it came out cold with the same dry lackluster flavorless ground beef. The rice was dry seemed to me it was at least two days old. the beans I wouldn't even touch. My server however was the best part of my experience (besides the drinks). The owner was also present talking to a couple about politics and saying thinks inappropriate like ( my back has never been dry). He introduced himself to everyone except for my table humm. Also he has his young daughter running around the restaurant. Cute but not a daycare. My experience at Sierra s was horrifying. I really hope that Arab Al has a better Mexican restaurant then this. I will soon be reviewing other restaurants in this area but anything will be better than this. I sure hope so.

Our family loves Sierras. The food is always good, but it's the service that we appreciate the most. The owners work in the restaurant and personally ensure that the dining experience is what it should be. There are three Mexican restaurants in Arab. All are good, but Sierras is consistently great. I've stopped going to the others because they don't pay attention to their customers or seem to care if your order is right and the food good. Sierra's also has awesome steak and the menu includes burgers, fries, chicken fingers for those with family members who don't like Mexican food.
