Downtown Grill is a local favorite for good eats, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I've had mixed experiences in the past, but my recent visit was a pleasant surprise. Sitting at the bar, I enjoyed warm and delicious dishes served up by an attentive bartender. Can't wait to return for more of their tasty offerings!

Well it's Saturday night me and my wife came in waiting 15 to 20 min never got our drink order. Or talk to anyone a couple of guys walk in there order was taking right away. We're not from cullman but if is this how cullman runs then I won't move here. So thank you for wasting my time I really wanna to try yaw out

Stopped in looking for some wings and found them hot and good, I had the medium wings, they were a mild side of medium, good taste and good meat on the bones, no fat. Not too messy, but leave you lick in your fingers.
My wife tried the honey BBQ wings. She enjoyed them as well. The owner stopped by and chatted for a few. Explained all the dollar bills hanging from the ceiling (teens in love, or his retirement fund...).
After chatting, the owner returned in a few minutes with a sample basket of wings. These were his 'sweet heat' wings. These wings were awesome! A medium heat, some sweetness, and a twist of teriyaki to bind it all together. These would be my order on next visit.
Our waiter recommended the Ranch Fries to us. A basket of fries, melted cheese, ranch and Cajun seasoning, another big hit! Get the large basket, not because the small basket is undersized, but you will want more once you start eating them.
Overall, a great experience! Friendly service and management and great wings!
