Yesterday at 4:30pm, we arrived for a birthday dinner and were met with a long line of eager diners waiting to experience this popular spot. The interior was stunning, with a variety of seating options including Hibachi tables and a sushi bar. Our waitress provided exceptional service as we enjoyed flavorful dishes and cocktails, making for a memorable dining experience.

I order from Hokkaido on a weekly bases to go. On occasions there is something wrong so I call speak to the manager. He tells me to come back I'll fix it and I explain I live 30 minutes away but I've taken a pic and have my receipt to show you when I come back in. He tells me that do I expect him to take my word against theirs, this blew me away what business manager would say this to a customer. Your customer service skills need some work and this is not the first time you have handled the situation so badly.
