I just had the most amazing ribeye steak ever, cooked rare and absolutely perfect every time. The service is solid too, so if you're thinking about going, make sure to arrive early because it gets packed!

Is it possible? Each visit better then the last? The steaks are cooked to perfection. I don't know how they do this. And, service, how someone can manage the number of guests like there is no one else is perfect (our waitress,Tabatha). Ive been to many niche steak houses in this country and nothing compares to diamond jims and donnas in Livingston Al.
