If you want an event catered, please stay away from this restaurant. We chose to book them for catering because of how well they catered the DMH foundation gala a few years ago. Two days before the event we booked, they called and canceled the booking, and stated "we overbooked and won't be able to cater." Two days! What reputable restaurant does that? If they knew they were overbooked, they should have been professional and not booked us, or let us know a week in advance so we could make other arrangements. It took us a while for us to get our money back, too. We had to make several calls to get a refund. From what I've heard, this a common issue with them. It's sad because I would rather support local businesses than go to another city-but this is definitely one local business I will not support.

The food was phenomenal!! Never new how good aged beef was. The filet was the best I have ever had. Everything was made from scratch. You could tell it was not a chain restaurant. The homemade cobbler and ice cream was like my grandmother's.
