We have ordered from them for years and most of the time gotten the order delivered as requested, although it can take a bit of time.

We have a shrimp allergy in our house as I know many do, and in the past they have marked it on the ticket supposedly and made sure the steak the allergic child loves is separate from the shrimp. Today I was told if the grill gets full they just put them wherever and the steak ends up where the shrimp just was cooked.

If you have any food allergies I would question trusting whether they are telling the truth or not about how they cook it. Either the guy I just talked to was wrong or they have lied all these years. Too bad since the food is good.

The staff and food here sucks! It's a cheap imitator of Steak-Out! If you order delivery, expect an hour and thirty minutes at least before your awful tasting $18 cheeseburger gets there and the driver eats your bag of chips on the way over. You can try to cancel your order but they will show up 2hrs late banging on your door like the police expecting you to pay for this garbage still. Crappy crappy crappy service.
