We visited the Ruby Tuesday in Scottsboro and I have nothing positive to say,we were taken to a table and no server came, I stopped another employee to ask where I server was at and she went to see. He came and took our order and then missing in action again,a different server brought our appetizer but we never received drinks. I asked another employee about our drinks and he showed up with our drinks but the appetizer was cold. I went to the salad bar and lots of items were empty. Our food came and it tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I didn't eat much of mine,but we both were sick by the evening. Completely unacceptable.

Review for Janice. Great hostess and server. Food was fresh and hot. Tea glass always full. Great experience and will certainly come again.o

It was HOT inside that restaurant. Even the salad bar was wilting. Our poor waitress kept apologizing, but I believe the manager is at fault.

Great friedly bar! Excellent service and nice variety of menu items. Hickory bourbon Salmon is my favorite.
