The home-cooked food is delicious; the staff is friendly, drinks are kept full, and the fried green tomatoes are a must-try!

I really like the Hut's food and had no complaints until today. It's convenient good Southern food. But today I ordered your cucumber salad. I bit into a slice and all I could taste, was vinegar! No cucumber just vinegar You definitely need to maybe add brown sugar to cut the vinegar some.

Great food when you're hungry for down home cooking ! Love those fried green tomatoes and I always have to get a slice of the scrumptious coconut pie ! Almost as Good as my Mama's. Since she's gone....it's close !

I paid $31.00 for take out dinner. Once home, I discovered I was not given one meal. I called & reported this & had to return (12 minute drive back). I asked to speak with the manager & was met, in which I expressed my huge inconvenience. She responded simply by "I don't know where the meal went." I informed that I felt they needed a better check system on the food before it goes out the window. I had already waited on it, & it's difficult for a customer to check the food the way it's packaged. I told her I would not come back nor would I recommend this restaurant. In a sarcastic tone she ultimately said thanks for telling her & as I walked away yelled "have a good day" very disingenuous. Nothing ever was offered to make it right. The fried pickles were too salty to eat, meat dry, fries greasy. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant!
