Terrible!!! Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant first of all we had to wait an hour and a half for a seat, and when they seated us, they see that that's right in front of the band that played so loud that you could not even Caryonah conversation we asked to move, and they said no we ordered our food as soon as we got there. We waited an hour and a half and never received our food. We couldn't converse with each other because the band was so loud. I went and found the manager and ask her to please check on our food because it had been over an hour Then finally the manager some man came over and anyway I was telling him that this was my Mother's Day dinner with my son so I said happy birthday to me. We've waited over an hour and he said well I'll escort you out and so we never said anything ugly to him or anything, and he just escorted made us leave , he was so rude. I will never go here ever again worst experience ever the the manager needs to learn to be nicer to peoplez he ruined my Mother's Day lunch

TERRIBLE! Worst experience I have ever experienced went there with my son for Mother's Day. We had to wait over an hour for a table, which was OK. They set us in front of the band and the music was so loud we could not even carry on a conversation we ordered a meal as soon as we sat down in over an hour and a half. I food has still not got there. I went to a lady manager and she said she would check on it the next thing I know a man manager came over and I told him we had waited over an hour and a half for our food and the music was so loud we couldn't even Caryonah conversation. He said very rude like I will escort you out y'all just get out of here we were flabbergasted because we didn't say anything to him to make him mad. I told him he ruined my Mother's Day. He said you insulted my mother, so we got up and we left. I have never been treated like this in my life. We took our daughter in law and grandson, thinking it was still a buffet, however it is now menu order, and the prices are through the roof. Overpriced for the quality of food you get.

Fantail is the best seafood restaurant!! They have a great atmosphere and the best staff. The food is top tier, the Boiled Jumbo Red Shrimp is to die for and the Snow Crab is amazing as well! This restaurant is kid-friendly and it feels like home here. The owners David and Becca gave us the best service and welcomed us with open arms. They are the cutest couple ever too. I had an amazing time at Fantail, I can not wait to come back again and enjoy the delicious food!
