I frequent Cracker Barrel when I travel. I had a takeout order today and was very disappointed. My vegetable plate consisted of 3 tablespoons of each. Potato casserole, Mac n cheese and pinto beans. Really!!!!!! Don't you think the price you charge would warrant a larger portion. I called and ask for manager on duty and was told "they said they were in meeting" and that you needed to call back. I ask if there was a certain time I needed to call and they hung up on me. I was not planning on being rude
but now I am re-thinking that decision. As a paying customer, don't you think you could provide better customer service? I don't normally leave reviews but this experience was not good. I will call back and see what kind of response I get.
