Great China has excellent food and fast service, with large portions and reasonable pricing. The labeled Spicy foods are actually spicy, making it the best Chinese restaurant in Dothan.

We are always happy with the food from Great China. It's fresh and well prepared. The service is great. They are eager to serve their customers. Love the Kung Po chicken and sesame chicken!

Wish we could respond to reviews. So you show up after calling in a pick up order. Change your mind on what you would like which means they have to throw away what you don't want and make you what you now want. That means the manager is eating the cost of the meal you no longer want. If someone asked me to...or even felt entitled that I pay for their meal or for them to change their mind I believe I would have refused to do so. If he did that for every pick up order they would no longer be in business. He might be the manager but he is a person with a family to feed too. You have called him rude because he refused to buy you dinner...Did you offer to pay for his? Customers can be right but I'm sorry it sounds like it was you who was being rude and inconsiderate. Treat people the way you want to be treated and let go of the idea that the world revolves around you and you might meet a lot more people who are not rude! Most of us outgrow this behavior in our teens...or should have anyway!!

Horrible customer service manager of the place Chen Fen was very rude and unprofessional to me when I called in a pickup order. Two minutes later I arrived after calling in the menu came in the restaurant and saw something else I would like instead which was more expensive so I was willing to pay extra to try the new additions to the menu. He immediately refused to change my order unless I paid for the item I no longer wanted and it was because it was avout 40 mintues until they closed. I felt very disrespected and it was poor customer service. I will never spend my money on that kind of treatment again and I do not recommend any busy there if that is how they treat their customers.

Best Chinese in Dothan, everyone should give it one chance...they won't go anywhere else for Chinese!!!

GREAT food...the best egg-rolls in Dothan.
Super-friendly staff.

Small restaurant only seats about 25; they do a large take-out business. Clean, friendly and great food! Recommended!
