I've been going to Hooks for several years and have never had an issue. The food has always been great. Yes, when you carry out make sure they put the sauce in the bag. I have had that issue.

We just picked up an order at Hooks BBQ. Called in an order They ask do you want sauce on the large BBQ sandwich, answer yes mild please, We also ordered a cheese burger, they said do you want it with everything, answer yes but no onions. the patty didn't half cover the bun and it had meat and cheese, and was so dry. The sweet potato fries were cold. Don't think we will be going back to Hooks in Andalusia, AL

Ordered a bar b que potato. I asked for butter and sour cream Thought it would be hot The potato and pork was so cold Wouldn't even melt the cheese
