Sue manager wrongfully terminated an employee right in front of customers yesterday 5/9/2021. Staff was doing the best they could with the employees that actually showed up for work that day. Some employees even stayed longer than they should have because cooks and other waitresses was a no show. Cooks were behind with take out orders and inside customers and when the next shift didn't show up she made a managerial decision and placed a note on the door that stated they were temporarily locking doors to get caught up on order. I know which customer complained as she took a picture of the note and sat in the parking lot while she called management which was pretty childish if i say so myself, black car with yellow stickers petty can you say. Sue not only came in looking like a greasy rag doll and instead of coming in to help out her employees she did the same thing and locked the door and closed the remaining on the day. The waitresses that were there when we arrived explained the delay which we were fine with. After Sue fired that lady one of the other waitresses was so upset she could hardly speak without tearing up. I have no complaints with the workers yesterday. This complaint is all about Sue the manager. I do alot of customer service work all around the united states and I would never have someone like Sue as a manager over my employees, she is unprofessional and needs to be fired.
