The Biscuit King (and Fun Barn) in Fairhope is closing this weekend, with Sunday 7/30 marking its final day of operation. This beloved Alabama restaurant, known for its famous "Ugly Biscuit," has garnered rave reviews and attracted visitors from near and far, offering a unique and delicious dining experience that will be missed by many. If you appreciate hearty, flavorful food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, don't miss your last chance to savor the mouth-watering biscuits and other Southern comfort dishes at The Biscuit King before it bids farewell.

This stop is a must if you're in town! Fresh off the grill. Got the breakfast plate. The biscuits are to die for. They are not your normal biscuit. Owners and works beyond nice and friendly. You're missing out if you don't stop in.

Indeed Amazing........the owner, Mr. Willy always brings a smile to his patrons' faces. Great food at an extremely reasonable price. Definitely worth stopping by.

We are interested in hearing about the 10k race in Fairhope that normally takes place in November. Do you have any info about rates at the Marriott Grand??
Can you e-mail us any info about the race?
Thank you so very much.

Not the fanciest place around, but you can get that anywhere. This place has charm and character. The owners and staff aim to please. Breakfast is wonderful, and lunch will make you come back again and again. Don't miss it!

Their biscuits are far and away the best I have ever tasted. (This is the first review I have ever written.)

LOL! Love the comment about the furniture! I, however, went to the Biscuit King in search of great BBQ, not great furniture! I knew they had the best breakfast in town but was blown away by the barbeque. Ribs are sensational but the couches leave little to be desired!

If you want a good home cooked breakfast or meal that is easy on the wallet, I highly recommend this place. I have had breakfast at most restaurants on the Eastern Shore and this one is my favorite way to start the day. Please keep in mind, this is a simple good place to eat. If you want to pay for fancy furniture and "ambiance" go somewhere else. Me, I like the kind of place where the owner asks how your meal was....

Great, if you want to eat surrounded by furniture that has obviously been discarded by the homeless

Biscuit King is a one of a kind type of place that should not be missed. You get good food and extremely good prices. The colorful owner will keep you amused while you devour his "ugly" biscuits or you can visit for lunch. Don't miss an opportunity to visit the Biscuit King, you'll be glad you did.
