I usually don't do reviews but sauce was burnt on chicken Parm .Pizza is far from good. Sad Got fooled by the name .

Got there prior to any crowds. Seated right away. Order was taken. We then waited for over 45 minutes for our pizza and spaghetti. 2 other tables that came after us received their appetizer, pizza, check and paid and left prior to us getting our food. Asked cricket about our food twice was told I needed to be patient. When I voiced my concern that the other table had come after us , eaten and left. She said well it was because they ordered pizza. Like plain spaghetti with no sauce must be super hard. Excuses and assholes everyone has one there. Will never return. Dough of pizza could not hold up the pizza, droopy, soggy and cold. If you still go don't forget I told you so. Music was good. Everything else a hard pass.

The wait staff was extraordinarily kind and courteous. They are the best thing about Papa Roccos, which is why we didn't immediately walk out. The restaurant is noticeably dirty and smells of urine. The food was cold and the flavors off. I read all the great reviews and clearly either P.R.'s service is inconsistent, the reviewers perceptions are off kilter, or Papa is writing their own reviews.
