Man, that place has some tasty food at great prices. The owners are really friendly too, which adds to the experience. You've gotta try the fried chicken - it's the best in Baldwin County, hands down.

First time 9/22/23. Very good food. I tried a little of everything. Was so full when I left I couldn't hardly walk.

I have been coming to Mama Lou's for over 20 years but I think I am done. Some of us don't like spicy food. Now everything is spicy at Mama Lou's. Last Friday the baked beans had jalapeños in it. Come on. Why do you put hot sauce on the tables. So folks can spice it up if they want to. I don't want to but I don"t get a choice. I used to eat here 7 to 8 times a month. A shame I have to give it up!

Delicous Southern Buffet!! Awesome FOOD! I'm a local Gulf Shores resident, and I wish Mama Lou's was closer to me!! Nothing else like Mama Lou's in Gulf Shores!!
What about Hazel's?? It doesn't compare!!
