My family loves the pizza here! They make a delicious crust and our favorite is the Greek pizza but honestly we've never had a bad pie. Price is very reasonable...

Ewww. Hurts to see this negative stuff here. As a new member to this community, i was very impressed with our pizza ,and the customer service. I posted a rave on a local Facebook group, that was followed by at least,15 people responding with the same experiences. Not one rant!. Heard Bubs breadsticks were to die for,and there is never an issue of "not enough cheese"!

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. The sauce tastes like spaghetti sauce, it was very greasy, & the cheese was very think & tasted funky. Aside from this they were very nice people & offered me a refund because this pizza was not worth what I paid for it. I won't be eating there again but I enjoyed the service.

Tonight we ordered 4 orders of hot wings. When they arrived the packages looked very small. My son called and asked how many wings come in and order and he was told 8. Thus, we should have had 36 wings but instead we had 23.
They put the cook on the phone who said they had miscounted but they had been aware that they were sending the order out with one less wing than usual.
A woman came on the phone to refund one of the orders. I asked why they had not contacted us regarding the wing shortage to see if she would be honest about it. She said that they had sent us a full three orders. When I pointed out that we had just talked with the cook who said we were short a wing, she got very huffy and asked if I thought they should give discounts and call people every time that they drop a garlic roll on the floor.
I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was one. She continued on to say that she is Bub's daughter and runs things.
One wing is no big deal in the big scheme of life. But being aware of it and openly admitting to shorting customers on a regular basis with other products as well with no discounts offered then getting snippy and using their relation to the owner as an excuse? It was poor customer service and all I would have wanted from her is to not be snippy and rude about it.
Count your orders folks! :)
