They don't have donuts, mid-day! The help is miserable.

Ordered cookie tray for a funeral reception, prepaid thinking I could just run in and pick up. Counter person told me no express pick up, even if prepaid. I could stand in line of about 50 people.
So why bother to pre order and pay, if you have to stand in line?

Great food BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE! The last 5 times I have gone in the place the people are rude and dont even think about requesting something a little bit diff. THey Complain right to you. And then make fun of your order while you are waiting. They need a HUGE staff change.
I have been a loyal customer for years.
I use to be a twice a week customer but the last couple of years the service has been horrible.
I dont live in the area anymore so it is a bit of a trip for me to go there. I didnt mind making the effort before.
I go other places now more often than not.
Just not worth the Snotty help
