I've enjoyed many delicious dishes here, especially the pizza and garlic bread. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make it a favorite of mine.

I'm very sad to report that we are retiring George's Restaurant from our to go place. Chief Ormar was the person that was pulling the place together but left unexpectedly.

We went with family recently and felt embarrassed walking in ( front door kicked in) doesn't even close. Bar stools are ripped and torn, tables & chairs looked like they all are ready for the bone fire, everything old and filthy that needs replacing.
"nothing has changed " since the stingy Pakistani owner purchased the place from George years ago.
In the last month been told this many times, owner cuts groceries. Been told no tzatziki sauce x 2, no mushrooms / pineapple for toppings on pizza , always something on the menu not available . Small insects buzzing about, the place is falling apart, even neon sign does not work.

What kept us coming was the fun staff ( felt like family). Perhaps one day when someone new decides to pay a fortune for his asking price and invests in a make over I'll visit the place again.

Our very best wishes to all the staff , our message is don't allow yourself to be taken advantage by ungrateful bosses , remember other good jobs to avail yourself.

Good evening, unfortunately my George's experience this occasion was not the same as my previous positive occurences. I ordered my favourite, 2 lasagnas for $23.95 as I do often. As per flyer and online advertisement it clearly states that delivery orders over $25 come with choice of free Dry Ribs or Caesar Salad. Upon the 1 hour+ delivery wait I was presented with a bill/receipt stating the cost was $25.95. Delivery fee of $6.00 added and tax coming to $33.55. Despite the price being incorrect I was not offered or received either of the 2 items that were choices for customers accruing a Grand total exceeding $25. Not holding the driver accountable for the indiscretion I called the restaurant and spoke with the "Manager" regarding the mistake. Immediately after my explanation of the bill discrepancy the hostile manager was rude and ignorant to me. She claimed that the price had changed 4 months ago so I said the bill is still stating the same deals. Hopefully reparations are offered in the immediate future.
