Where does one file a complaint against a Boston pizza restaurant? Im currently working in High Level Alberta and I was turned away 2 nights in a row because they said they were closing early. The second night I even called a head to see when last table is being served and I was told 8:30pm. I show up at 8:15pm after work and was still denied service even though on google and the official Boston Pizza website says that location closes at 12am on both nights. The manager handled it very poorly by only saying that they were slow and were not taking any more tables.
