Tldr: took 15 minutes to get a drink order taken and 2 hours total before we could leave.

After we were seated by the lovely hostess it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table, and it was the hostess! She apologized for the wait and took our drink order and brought us water, but it was at least another 10 minutes before we ever saw our actual server. She never introduced herself, just came to the table and said "what do you want". We ordered and then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks we ordered to show up (just raspberry lemonades) and then a good 30 minutes to get our food, or, my sister's did. They apparently had to remake my sandwich because I had asked for a change that tgey forgot to do(which is fine), but it was a very minor change and I wish they had just asked me if it was okay to not remake it instead of giving it to me 10-15 minutes after the other food came. They did give me my fries ahead of it which is nice? When she came to refill water we asked for the bill and takeout containers, it took about 10+ minutes to even get the debit machine to the table, but she forgot to get the containers so ran off to get them without saying anything, at least that wasn't a long wait. All in all from the time we were seated to when we were allowed to leave was 2 hours. She never checked in on us, barely said anything when she was there and was kinda rude when she did speak, save for when we were paying and possibly giving a tip, of course. We've had good experiences here before, but this really wasn't it.
