We stopped by for a quick bite before hitting the road back to Edmonton. The restaurant sits at the edge of the business district, offering street parking and easy payment through a QR code. The place has a cozy, long-standing feel and serves up a variety of dishes, with a specialty in Greek cuisine.

We have eaten there at least once if not twice a year each and every time we travel thru Jasper. Today while there we made it a point to stop in for dinner. We took our own sanitizing wipes and and wiped our own table (was not that clean) and after ordering and sipping drinks that were brought to us handled high near the drink area, we noticed the cooks, unmasked, working close talking over the food. We asked the waitress why they didn't wear masks, we were told they don't work together. I said that was less of a concern for me as them talking over the food they were preparing, she said she didn't make the rules and walked away. After some discussion we felt that we did not feel safe. We got up and told them we would not need our order, and they called the waitress to bill us for our drinks (we only started), she said we saw they were not wearing masks when we came in and I said no otherwise we would not have sat down and ordered. During this time I think it's too important for food establishments to be safe. Other staff members intermingle that do not wear masks, pin pads for payment were not sanitized, actually no sanitizing solutions was seen to be used anywhere other that hand sanitizer for customers at the entrance.
