The drive to Waterton was rewarded with good food, friendly staff, and a rustic holiday decor. The steak sandwich was flavorful with sautéed onions and mushrooms on garlic ciabatta toast, while the Portobello mushroom burger was juicy with crispy sweet potato fries. The Eggs Benedict dishes, recommended by the chef, were cooked perfectly with delicious Hollandaise sauce, making it one of the better dining options in Waterton compared to downtown establishments.
