Our first visit to Embers Steakhouse coincided with a day at the Isleta Golf Course, and while there were a few minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable. The food, especially the prime rib and roasted sea bass, was outstanding, and the attentive service made the evening memorable, prompting us to plan a return trip.

During our recent visit for a day at Isleta Golf Course and an overnight stay at Isleta Resort, we decided to dine at Embers. Despite making a reservation, we experienced a brief wait for our table on a Saturday night. Our server, Paul, was friendly and accommodating, although the bar service was a bit slower than expected.
