Tried this DD's location again for the first time in a few months. What happened to the old crew? Cody was no longer at the front counter to greet me! I also did not see Scarlet who got me hooked on old fashion donuts. Maybe I'll be back at a different location for better service.

Very upset with customer service the past few weeks. Never have products I want. Weather it be an old fashion or beyond sausage. My favorite Carmel coffee. Not sure whats happened to this location but going down hill.

The crew doesn't get enough credit. Lots of new young faces around this place but don't change the friendly environment. Scarlet is very friendly and always knows how to fix any problems that may occur during my visit. Jay also makes me laugh a lot during my visit carrying on in conversation about of course: donuts!

Always a treat to come by for a iced drink and donut. However today service wasn't friendly at window. Young man in beanie seemed to be bothered that I was even there. The lady who took my order seemed upbeat and positive despite the long wait I had. 5 stars for the toasted coconut and coffee roll.

The service varies day to day as well as product ability. The usual morning girls are my favorites. The young lady who is often there in pigtails always has a smile in her voice and if out of products will suggest her favorites. Always a winner. Coffee is always great.

Love drive thru in the mornings! Micah is a sweetheart of a kiddo and the young lady who takes my order is so peppy and repeats it back for accuracy. Gen Z kids are going places!

Depending on the day and time you go the service most days is excellent. I prefer early mornings. The young lady is on fire at the window. So is a young gentleman. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Large selection of donuts most early mornings. Tip if you need joe in the box or more then 3 dozen donuts place the order at least aday or 2 ahead .
