I grabbed a couple of patty melts, Chile cheese fries, and a chili dog with green at the drive-through. The service was quick as it wasn't too busy, and the food tasted fresh. However, if you change your order, they might get it wrong sometimes. Congratulations to Bob's Burgers on their 60th anniversary! My first job in 1982 was at their Central near Atrisco location in Albuquerque, where Bob and Christina taught us valuable skills and treated us like family. Their Ranchero burger was excellent, and the breakfast burritos come highly recommended by locals. The service was fast and reasonably priced, but my fries were overcooked - the patty melts made up for it though. A mix-up with my order was quickly resolved by the manager, who refused payment and ensured we left satisfied, showing exceptional hospitality that left a lasting impression.

No secret...service is beyond terrible. Where do they hire these people from?!?! Bunch of mouth-breathers. Poorly run business. I don't know how they do it. Food isn't that good. Tight--ss owners charge fee for using credit card...WTF!
