I've been eating at Santiago's for more than 30 years. It's always great! Excellent NM style food made fresh daily for a good price. One of the best in NM! Just do it!!

When in there in order tortilla Burger came to my table the person that serve it to me had dirty fingernails and dirty hands and was touching my food the mayonnaise was spoiled the meat smelled bad and it was gross some kind of greasy juice on the it was nasty the place smells bad the walls are dirty the demeanor of this place is just wrong don't go there unless you want to get sick very bad food service and dirty environment look at the walls next time you go in look at where they're cooking and how bad things are

I discovered Santiago's ~2yrs ago & I love their food, their atmosphere & especially Suzie; wish I could visit more often. However, she works well with me in placing my orders, sent mostly to medical personnel. Thank you so much, Santiago's, ya'll should never leave us
