The culinary experience here is truly exceptional, with every dish bursting with flavor and made to perfection. The jibaritos are a personal favorite, and the service is always friendly and accommodating, even during busy times. After many visits with my family, I can confidently say that this establishment deserves recognition for its outstanding Caribbean cuisine and warm hospitality.

For all the times I have been here the service is terrible. I order 1 or 2 sandwiches and they take over an hour to get my order out & ready for me!! I come back because I think maybe this time it will be different, but never is ! AND THEY'RE NEVER EVEN BUSY TO TAKE THAT LONG ON YOUR ORDER!

Rated 1 star cuz I had to if not I wouldn't have rated at all. Ordered for pick up on 2/14/16, white rice and beans with some pernil and a pastelillo. Rice was under done, not enough beans especially the sauce and more onions than pernil and the little pernil that was there was very dry and over cooked and the meat in the pastelillo was over seasoned. Sorry but I love puerto rican food and it was a bust. The pricing was good overall.

I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken and then sat for another 45 minutes waiting for one sandwich. Someone else tried to cancel their order because she had to leave for work and the girl at the counter gave her an attitude and told her that she should've thought about that before ordering. I looked back into the kitchen a few minutes later only to see the cook and the girl from the counter drinking beers together. Unless you're a young man, slow and terrible service!!!
