We live near Union Terrace so this is the closest diner to us. It certainly has gone downhill over the past 8 years. We are done with this place. Instead of trying to compete by offering $5.99 dinner specials , they need to look at service and food quality. I'm not asking for anything beyond a reasonable wait time and edible food. But 45 minutes for sodas to be served and over an hour for burnt food is horrible. The salad bar was barely passable, and only the soup was good. It's pretty bad when a waitress is having to practically yell to a customer that she'll be right there. I don't know how certain radio guys endorse this place.
