During my stay, I was impressed by the excellent customer service from Amanda at the front desk and the friendly shuttle drivers, Lily and her colleague. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed a lovely made-to-order breakfast each morning, making for a pleasant experience overall.

Amanda at the front desk and the shuttle drivers, Lily and another friendly gentleman, provided excellent customer service during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay. Although there was some noise from a nearby logistic trucking company, using white noise and earplugs helped mitigate the disturbance. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to and from the airport and is surrounded by various dining options, making it an ideal choice for travelers in the Bethlehem area.
